Southwire North Campus Factory Expansion

This project was D-vision III's largest project to date at that time. The North Campus project was a 130, 000 sf slab on grade, 20,000 sf truck terminal, a heavy duty forklift ramp and 25' wide 8" deep heavy duty entrance road over 1000 LF. This project useda 4000 straight cement mix with 5lb per cubic yard of structural fiber on all slab on grade and paving areas. This building had a massive amount of foundation, pier and pedastal rebar, utilizing an 8" thick reinforced concrete foundation wall over 1000 lf long. Total concrete on this project was over 6000 cy.
