About D-Vision III Concrete
D-vision III Concrete Contractors LLC plays several roles in the concrete construction industry, we act as a sub-contractor for many of the areas General Contractors, providing labor, equipment and materials. We also carry a special General Contractor licence in the State of Alabama allowing us to provide a General Contractor service to owners and clients in our field. We have worked with owners, architects and municipalities to provide budgeting, design, consulting and turnkey services on many different projects over the past 10 years. We pride ourself in quality work and lasting relationships in the concrete industry, those two things are valuable ingrediences for a successful business. We have completed projects in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Mississippi over the past 10 years and made many good relationships in the process. We hope to be constructing concrete projects that "sell theirselves" in a safe and professional environment for many years to come.
Meet The Team
David Cook
David Cook is the owner of D-vision III, David graduated from Auburn University in 1996 with a Major in Building Science and a minor in Business. After graduating from Auburn David took over the family business in the forestry products industry and trucking. These businesses came to an end in 2005 when David began a life long venture in industrial and commercial construction. David worked for reputable General Contractors in North Alabama up until 2015 where he started D-vision III Concrete Contractors, a turnkey concrete construction company based in Piedmont, Al. providing many concrete services in various states of the southeast.
Yair Gonzalez
Yair Gonzales came to D-vision III in 2016 as a form carpenter, he quickly moved in to the superintendent role due to his previous work experience as carpenter, mason and mason lead man. Yair has since performed many jobs for D-vision III including A new 40,000 sf airplane hangar for c130s at Arnold Air Force base in Tullahoma, Tn., A New Jacksonville State University Baseball Stadium and 3 Factory expansions at Southwire in Alabama and Georgia. Yair has been a superintendent on these ground-up projects, including massive amounts of reinforced concrete footings, walls and slabs. Yair has been a huge asset to our company, his knowledge of so many different aspects of construction makes him a vital part of
D-vision III.
Brian Alexander
Brian Alexander has been with D-vision III for going on 9 years, Brian worked as a form carpenter for 6 years, working next to the guys everyday preparing projects in all phases, grading, forming, rebar, pouring, finishing…. Those years of experience in learning the process molded Brian into the strong, precise leader that he is today. After moving into a superintendent position in 2022 Brian has completed several concrete projects including several phases of a turnkey canopy foundation project at Piedmont Elementary School and most recently a new 12,000 sqft. factory floor at Tate's Machine in Glencoe, Al. Brian is growing as a leader and builder in our company and hopefully continues to do so for many years to come.
