Albertville Sports Complex

In October of 2019 D-vision III began the Albertsville Sports Complex, here we did mostly finish work with very little forming. This job had 3 concrete contractors doing different scopes One contractor was awarded Slab on Grades, one was to form, place and finish sidewalks and we were awarded the concrete paving contract with nearly 440, 000sf of 5" concrete paving. Our scope included forming with a 2x6 at the perimeter of each parking area, then place and finish no grading or gravel work was involved in our scope. We poured twice a week for over two months. Near the end of our scope we were asked to take over the sidewalk portion of the job sidewalks consisted of over 300,000 sf of 4" sidewalk, including gravel and forming. We took over the sidewalks and actually placed and finished a couple of the slab on grade pours as well. Needless to say, change orders on this project was as much as our original contract.
